Are you fluent in French and English? Do you have experience from customer support and are you interested in HR?
Join the HR Team in international company and your responsibilities will include:
- Receive HR queries in French and English via phone, email or other communication channels and log contacts into the shared service case management system
- Resolve HR queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and escalate where these cannot be resolved
- Communicate effectively queries including holiday days, salaries, benefits and other HR related questions
- Reporting
This position include shifts in cycle of 3 possible week rotations and 4 possible hour rotations.
