Luigi’s Box provides intuitive search, analytics and product recommendations for over 2000 e‑shops. Luigi’s Box is a a Slovak start-up, SaaS (software as a service) solution that does magic with your site search.

We are looking for a part-time colleague to maintain our CRM system by researching, updating, processing and organising customer data.

  • Start in March 2023

  • Part-time, 20 hours a week

  • Student work agreement (dohoda o brigádnickej práci študenta) / or B2B Contract

You are excellent for the job if you are skilled at:

Hard skills

  • Ability to research and collect data from various sources

  • Google Sheets or Excel – basic knowledge as formatting, filters, sorting

  • Typescript skills – solid level of speed and accuracy

  • English – fluent

  • Experience with any CRM system is an advantage. We use Hubspot.

Soft skills

  • Perseverance and attention to detail – you work independently, process a lot of data, have to be focused for long hours

  • Communication skills – you support our team, good understanding and articulate communication comes in handy

  • Time management – you effectively plan and organise your activities

Why is the role important

In this role, you will ensure that marketing data in our CRM system is maintained and updated so that it can be easily retrieved by the marketing and sales team. You’ll make their job easier so they can focus on generating business opportunities for Luigi’s Box. 

Tasks and responsibilities  

  • Maintaining our CRM system by compiling, entering and updating customer information 

  • Retrieving client contact details from databases and other online sources

  • Researching, organising and merging our data on search usage across industries

  • Searching for people/companies for partnership opportunities (e.g. reviews, interviews, cross-promotion)

  • Identifying areas for improvement and new resources along with instructions from your supervisor 

This is a hybrid, part-time job

  • Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week

  • Your long term commitment & availability is without exception. We need you during the summer, even a year or two later. The scope of work can be full time later on. 

  • We prefer a hybrid way of working (partially office, partially remote). The office is located on Vysoká street in the city centre.
