HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage smooth operations across onboarding, induction, leave management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coaching employees and line managers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.

• Oversee and manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Manage and administer leave of absence situations of all kinds, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct and facilitate offboarding discussions to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns on the designated areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with various departments to implement and enhance HR policies and procedures. Provide insights for continuous improvementthrough Automation & AI Integration
• Participate on HR projects related to I&D
