Adventica seeks a full-time Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Family Entertainment Center at a specified location. Reporting operationally to the Group FEC Operations Manager and administratively to the Company Director, this role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, staff management, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach to align local performance with broader company goals.
Key responsibilities encompass comprehensive operational management, including overseeing attractions, games, food/beverage outlets, and retail areas. The manager will monitor performance metrics like attendance, revenue, and costs, while implementing and enforcing operational policies for efficiency and safety. Maintaining adequate stock levels and ensuring compliance with lease agreements are also essential.
Financial duties involve managing the park's budget, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth through upselling and promotions. The manager will track financial performance and report findings to leadership.
Enhancing the customer experience is paramount, requiring monitoring service standards, addressing feedback promptly, and aiming for 100% resolution of complaints within 24 hours. Regular reviews of attractions and services are necessary to meet customer expectations and brand standards.
Staff management includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company values. The manager must also ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct regular audits, and manage emergency protocols.
Supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating on park-specific events, promoting group packages, and overseeing facility maintenance are also part of the role. Effective communication and reporting to the group management team are vital for alignment and strategic planning. Performance will be measured against KPIs such as group visits, customer satisfaction scores, operational efficiency (minimal downtime), employee retention, budget adherence, and compliance rates.
